GeeaLe was was born on a rainy stormy night during the middle of the month towards the end of the year in the late seventies. He was brought up on tree roots and goats milk. He was taught primitive art by Cherokee Indians. He mixed his paint with animals blood, rain, and other natural pigments found in the regions of Northern and Eastern Texas. He was also taught the eating and drinking habits of the White settlers living in the same area. He has been taught by various teachers of art from the surrounding areas, and by teachers from Greece and Mexico. His art is a collaborative mixture of these cultures with a brandy dash of Impressionism, Pop Art and Surrealism. GeeaLe has a bit of discontent for Post-Modern Art. He is continuously traveling the GLobe to study the classics. He has seen Old World classics and modern masterpieces in Rome, Pisa, Florence and London to observing New World advancements and primitive art in Cancun, Nuevo Laredo, the Metroplex, Houston to the Addition in Rusk. He is also a constant reader, in aid to further his techniques. He reads books such as Art for Dummies, Painting by Numbers--The Classics vol. II, Art for Beginners, and Art of Children. |
